Lauren
On any given day you will find me with a cup of coffee in hand, fully immersed in a project. Sometimes that means sketching out a new event design or dreaming up a wedding concept, and other times it means helping my children bring their 4-H creations to life. I have always been a creator at heart, and that love for building beautiful things is what fuels everything I do.
As the creative lead behind our floral designs, rental collections, and signature event aesthetics, I spend my days sourcing new pieces, refining color palettes, and crafting spaces that feel intentional, emotional, and memorable. From selecting each individual bloom to curating furniture, textiles, and décor, I believe every detail matters because every detail tells a piece of a couple’s story. Watching a vision evolve from a simple conversation into a fully transformed space is one of my greatest joys.
I thrive on creating happiness. There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing a client’s face light up with pure joy. That moment is the heartbeat of my work. I love the anticipation of a couple seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day, and I cherish the magic that fills the room when they walk in and see their wedding vision brought to life through our design process.
When I am not crafting timelines, styling floral installations, or building out design boards, you will find me coordinating the beautiful chaos of home life. My children are always off on an adventure, and I am never far behind with my husband beside me, soaking in the memories, laughing through the noise, and living our best life together.

Caitlyn
Caitlyn has been part of the Lauren & Co team for five years and recently transitioned into her full time role as Director of Planning and Social Media Manager. With a natural ability to lead, organize, and keep the vibes high, she brings an unforgettable blend of professionalism, calm confidence, and hype woman energy to every event she touches.
As a planner, Caitlyn is known for her attention to detail, her creative eye, and her ability to make even the most complex timelines feel effortless. She loves building real relationships with her couples, understanding what matters most to them, and transforming their Pinterest boards into designs that feel intentional, personal, and truly magical. On wedding days, she is everywhere at once, fluffing dresses, fixing boutonnieres, checking in with vendors, calming nerves, and making sure every moment flows seamlessly. Her favorite parts of the day are the first look, because it is packed with emotional magic, and the end of the night, when she gets to watch guests completely let loose on the dance floor.
Outside of work, Caitlyn is happily planning her own 2027 wedding, and with so many incredible vendors she has worked with over the years, choosing her own dream team has become the hardest part. She jokes that she wants one of everything, which every vendor can relate to. When she is not in wedding mode, you will find her vacationing with her fiancé, exploring new places, or curled up with a good book and a cup of coffee. She is also passionate about design trends, content creation, and finding new ways to inspire and educate couples through social media. And of course, life would not be complete without her dog, Goose, who is truly her best buddy. Whether he is supervising wedding prep from home or popping into Zoom calls, you may see him from time to time as an unofficial assistant to Caitlyn.
With her warm personality, her genuine love for people, and her dedication to creating meaningful and memorable celebrations, Caitlyn is the planner everyone wants by their side on their wedding day.
Director of Planning | Social Media Manager
Kenley
Lead PlannerKenley is a Lead Coordinator at Lauren and Co Events and joined the team in December of 2024. Since then, she has loved learning the ins and outs of the wedding industry. She first met Lauren and the team while planning her own wedding and ended up hiring Lauren and Co for wedding management, florals, and rentals. Her wedding day was truly perfect, in large part because of Lauren’s guidance and support. That experience helped her understand just how valuable a wedding coordinator can be, and it inspired her to help other couples feel that same peace of mind.
One of Kenley’s favorite parts of the planning process is getting to know her couples and building genuine friendship and trust. She loves watching couples out on the dance floor, enjoying every moment and not worrying about a single detail. Wedding planning can be stressful, and being able to take some of that weight off her couples’ shoulders is incredibly rewarding. She is also a big fan of the father and daughter dance, which never fails to make her emotional.
Outside the wedding world, Kenley works full time in the agricultural industry and spends her free time helping her husband on their family farm. She and her husband are big music fans and enjoy attending concerts at local venues throughout Northeast Ohio. She is also an avid baker, an animal lover, and someone who lights up when couples find creative ways to include their pets on their wedding day.
Kenley looks forward to working with every couple she meets and helping them experience a joyful, stress free, and beautifully organized wedding day.
Kaitlyn (KJ)
Lead PlannerKaitlyn Kaprosy is passionate about helping couples bring their wedding visions to life while showcasing their love stories in a meaningful and unique way. By day, she works full time in Human Resources within the professional development space, where she supports growth, leadership, and organizational success.
Outside of her professional roles, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband and their Sheepadoodle, Sampson. She loves working out, reading, baking sourdough, and discovering new coffee spots. Her creativity, attention to detail, and love for connection shine through in every wedding she is part of, making each celebration feel personal and unforgettable.
LExi
Lead PlannerLexi has always loved organizing and bringing ideas together, whether that meant helping plan family celebrations, coordinating group events with friends, or stepping in to ensure everything came together seamlessly. She is naturally drawn to the details that transform moments into meaningful experiences, and that love for thoughtful planning is what sparked her passion for event design and coordination.
When she is not immersed in the world of events, Lexi enjoys spending time with her family and pets or working on creative projects. In her free time, she can often be found renovating or redecorating rooms in her home. She finds beauty in everyday moments, from a thoughtfully styled space to simple family gatherings. Those moments keep her grounded and influence how she approaches events, with creativity, intention, and joy.

Assistant CoordinatorKaitlyn is an Assistant on the Lauren and Co Events team and joined in early 2026. She has loved every step of the journey so far, especially the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with couples and ensure they feel heard, supported, and cared for throughout the entire planning process. With strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, she enjoys helping each piece come together seamlessly so couples can fully relax and enjoy their special day.
While she thrives during the planning process, nothing compares to watching months of preparation come to life on a wedding day. Being part of such an important moment in a couple’s life is something she never takes for granted. She prides herself on being organized, detail oriented, and a warm, positive presence for her clients from the very first meeting to the final send off.
Outside the wedding world, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their son, Liam. She also loves going on walks with their dogs, Benji and Bentley, and savoring a much needed cup of coffee. As a proud boy mom and dog mom, family time means everything to her. She is grateful to be part of such an incredible team and cannot wait to help create unforgettable wedding days for the couples she serves.
Thora
Assistant CoordinatorThora is an Assistant on the Lauren and Co Events team and loves being part of a supportive, talented group of “boss ladies.” Her favorite part of the wedding industry is seeing the joy on everyone’s faces at the end of the night. From the DJ and the guests to the couple themselves, she strives to ensure everyone is having the time of their lives. She thrives on organization and order, and her focus on the details helps each event run smoothly from start to finish.
In her free time, Thora enjoys exercising, baking, and spending quality time with her friends, family, her husband Zach, and their puppy, Captain. She is excited for everything the 2026 wedding season will bring and looks forward to creating memorable experiences for every couple she works with.
Addison
Assistant | Event Prep & Strike Addison has been part of Lauren & Co Events for as long as she can remember. Growing up alongside the business, she worked beside her mother, Lauren, from an early age, starting with small tasks around the shop and gradually taking on larger responsibilities. Today she assists with event setup, décor placement, and on site coordination. Her lifelong familiarity with the behind the scenes process gives her a natural understanding of how much care and attention each celebration deserves.
She loves being part of the team that brings a client’s vision to life and takes pride in making sure every detail is thoughtfully handled on event day.
Outside of events, Addison is actively involved in FFA and 4 H and spends much of her free time raising and showing her lambs at local fairs and livestock shows. The responsibility, patience, and work ethic she has developed through agriculture carry into her role at the company, where she approaches each event with dedication and a willingness to help wherever she is needed.
Rylee
Event Prep & StrikeRylee works with Lauren & Co Events where she assists with day of event setup and supports the floral team in bringing each design to life. From preparing arrangements to helping create polished event spaces, she enjoys being part of the behind the scenes process that transforms a vision into a memorable experience. Working in a fast paced, creative environment has strengthened her attention to detail, teamwork skills, and ability to stay organized while contributing to meaningful celebrations for clients.
Outside of work, she is actively involved in her school and community. She plays on a national volleyball team, serves as the FFA President at her school, and is a member of the National Honor Society. She also participates in a pen pal program where she connects with a kindergartener, and she is active in 4 H, where she shows rabbits and market lambs.
Lane
Assistant | Event Prep & Strike Lane McClure is a powerhouse coordinator by day and a full-time supermom of two. With a natural talent for turning chaos into confetti-worthy celebrations, she brings enthusiasm, structure, and heart to every event she touches. Fueled by coffee, creativity, and a genuine love for people, Lane thrives in moments where fast thinking and flawless coordination make all the difference.
She is beyond excited to kick off the upcoming season with her incredible team and is ready to help create the best celebrations yet.
Ireauna
Event InternIreauna is a student at NCI Business Academy, where her passion for creativity and business opened the door to an incredible internship opportunity with Lauren & Co Events. She is thrilled to be part of the team and loves contributing to the behind-the-scenes magic that helps bring each couple’s special day to life. With an enthusiastic spirit and a genuine love for celebrating others, she is excited to help create unforgettable memories for every client.
When she is not assisting with events, Ireauna enjoys spending time with her friends, going line dancing, relaxing at the beach, painting, and winding down with a cozy night in. Her fun, outgoing personality and eagerness to learn make her a wonderful addition to the team.
